What is the difference between Double Rare and Ultra Rare?

Double Rare (RR) is the standard version of a Pokémon ex-, V, or GX card with the normal card border. Ultra Rare is the full-art version, where the illustration covers the entire card and the surface is textured. This applies to both Pokémon and Supporter cards.

On Japanese cards

On Japanese cards, Double Rare is also called RR, while Ultra Rare corresponds to Super Rare (SR). We have both English and Japanese cards from many different eras, and each card is condition-graded.
