Shipping policy

We ship all orders from Denmark. Because we ship inside the EU, there are no customs fees or import VAT.
Processing
Orders are usually shipped within 1 working day. Orders placed after 12:00 (Danish time), on weekends or on public holidays are shipped the next working day. You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping methods
Tracked (PostNord): a tracked letter or small parcel delivered to your mailbox. Available for orders below about EUR 90. Usually 5 to 10 working days.
Parcel (PostNord to a pickup point, or GLS to your address): faster, and available for every order. Usually 3 to 6 working days.
Delivery times are estimates from the day we ship and are not guaranteed. The exact price for your order depends on the weight and is shown at checkout before you pay.

We do not currently ship to Croatia, Malta or Cyprus.
Address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us at kontakt@rokke.dk as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund once the carrier has confirmed the loss. If a parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will investigate it with the carrier. Please report any damage within 5 days of delivery, with a photo of the packaging and the items.
