Right of withdrawal

You have a 14 day right of withdrawal on everything you buy from Rokke. The period starts on the day you receive the item.

To withdraw from your purchase, send us an email at kontakt@rokke.dk with your order number. You can also use our withdrawal form. You must then send the item back no later than 14 days after you told us that you want to withdraw.

You pay the cost of returning the item.

Refusing a parcel or not collecting it from the pickup point does not count as a withdrawal. In that case the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Factory sealed products

For factory sealed collectibles, including booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes and collection boxes, the intact seal is the entire commercial value of the product. Once the seal is broken, the product can no longer be sold as sealed, so the loss in value is in principle the full purchase price. The refund is reduced accordingly and will in practice often be EUR 0.

You are free to inspect the outside, labels and condition of the product without affecting your refund.

Always email us at kontakt@rokke.dk before you send anything back. Pack the items securely and include your order number.

Condition of returned items

You are only liable for a loss in value if you have handled the item more than needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the item has been handled in a way that reduces its value, for example by breaking the seal, sleeving cards or scratches, the refund may be reduced or lost entirely.

Refunds

We refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, no later than 14 days after we received your withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you have sent it. The refund is made to the payment method you used.

Defects

You have a 2 year legal guarantee against defects. Contact us at kontakt@rokke.dk within a reasonable time after you discover a defect. If your complaint is justified, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
